On this day we had such a wonderful day with the Canadian High Commissioner, Hon. Pamela O’Donnell in commemoration of the International day of a girl child.

Along with her we had the British Broadcasting Channel (BBC) Media in Tanzania in the house to feature the stories of the Ndoto stars available in the event.

Together we had an interesting discussion on eliminating description against girls in education, skills development and training.

In demonstration of the discussion, a young lady Miss Sumaiya was given an opportunity to take over as High Commissioner of the day. This is to empower and inspire young ladies by allowing them to be seen and heard where they are rarely heard.
